Production process
Step 01
Ingredient Preparation
Wheat flour, turmeric extract, and seasonings are carefully selected from trusted suppliers to ensure top-quality ingredients.
Step 02
Mixing
The ingredients are blended using a fully automated and enclosed system, creating a uniform dough mixture.
Step 03
Rolling
The dough is rolled into thin sheets and cut into noodles. A specialized comb roller system gives the noodles their signature wavy texture.
Step 04
Steaming
The noodles are steamed at approximately 100°C to ensure they are fully cooked.
Step 05
Portioning and Molding
The noodles are cut into standard portions and molded into shape according to international standards.
Step 06
Drying
The noodle blocks are dried using either frying or modern air-drying methods.
Step 07
Cooling
The noodles are cooled to ambient temperature.
Step 08
Packaging and Quality Control
Seasoning packets are added, and the final product undergoes strict quality control checks before being packed and boxed for distribution.
